Catalyst for Change

You have been called, chosen by God to a great and noble cause to fulfill His purpose  on earth, and to bear fruit that remains. (John 15:16) Joel 2:25-27 gives a promise of restoration in order to make up for the years of locust devastation that came to devour possessions, promise of refreshing, restoration and fresh hope for the future. What do you see for your future? Do you see hope or despair, faith or fear? Are you tired of the enemy stealing from you and plundering your hope and dreams? (Job 5:19; Isaiah 42:22-23).
Very often, a great deal of time is spent on pointing out personal weaknesses, failures, lack of resources, training and skill. Many excuses are given as to why you can't do something and are not the right person for an assignment.  For example, God called Jeremiah as a prophet; however, initially he could only focus on past weaknesses, because of a limited perspective. God's loving persistence with him provided skill, understanding for developing prophetic eyes to see and ears to hear instructions for his assignment. "The word of the Lord came to me saying, 'What do you see, Jeremiah? And I said, 'I see a rod of an almond tree, (healing streams of refreshing, showers of blessings, hear the sound of the abundance of rain) Then the Lord said to me, 'You have seen well, for I am watching over My word to perform it'(Jeremiah 1:11-12). The Christian journey is a noble and great adventure and on the way to fulfillment of Divine purpose, you are oftentimes confronted with many heart wrenching and overwhelming challenges. Just as in the early days of the Christian faith, today’s faithful must have a persistent, persevering spirit in order to endure difficulties as a disciplined soldier of Christ. Continue to earnestly contend for the faith once delivered to the saints, building up the faith, praying fervently in the Holy Spirit. Ancient fathers and mothers of the faith boldly stood firm in defending apostolic doctrine set forth by Jesus Christ, continued by the Apostles, to the extent, many of them (male and female) were martyred for their righteous and courageous stand. In Him, you have a sure and steadfast anchor of hope that cannot fail, that cannot slip away. It is each person’s responsibility however, to diligently travail in prayer, making intercession for all people, leaders, the Lord's church (body of Christ) to show love for all, especially the faithful in the fight to overthrow diabolical schemes in any form. You have been called to be a catalyst for change in the kingdom, for such a time as this, to stand and teach the unadulterated gospel of Jesus Christ. After enduring through a long night of trials and temptations, many faithful warriors are coming out of dark, secret and hidden places to embrace this new season, the dawning of a new day. No matter how dark or difficult situations in the world may become, you have a sure and steadfast anchor of hope in Jesus Christ. Having done all to stand, keep standing in assigned positions, dressed in the full armor of God, and wage war against the forces of darkness. He who endures until the end shall be saved. (Matt.24:13). It doesn’t matter how long it takes before realizing fulfillment of destiny, in the meantime, keep God at the center of everything. You ran well, who hindered you from obeying the truth. You did many good works but left and deserted the Lord, your first love (Galatians 5:7; Revelation 2:2). Let the glory of the Lord arise, for this is the dawning of a new day. Repair broken altars and return to the Lord. Prepare the altar of sacrifice, call out to God in prayer; surrender wholeheartedly and don't conform to worldly trends (Romans 12:1-2). Jesus paid it all; therefore, He conveyed you into the kingdom of the Son of His love, in whom you have redemption through His blood, the forgiveness of sins.
(Colossians 1:12-14).

But the godly will flourish like palm trees and grow strong like the cedars of Lebanon. For they are transplanted to the Lord’s own house. They flourish in the courts of our God. Even in old age they will still produce fruit; they will remain vital and green. They will declare, “The Lord is just! He is my rock! There is no evil in him!”
(Psalms 92:12-15)

During seasons of grief, difficulties or adversity, wait patiently on the promises of God with confidence, knowing that both the authentic and counterfeit will be revealed in His time. For everything, there is a season and a time for every matter under heaven, even in advanced years, you can still produce an abundance of good fruit. Endure suffering along with me, as a good soldier of Christ Jesus. Soldiers don’t get tied up in the affairs of civilian life, for then they cannot please the officer who enlisted them. And athletes cannot win the prize unless they follow the rules. And hardworking farmers should be the first to enjoy the fruit of their labor. Think about what I am saying. The Lord will help you understand all these things. ‭‭(2 Timothy‬ ‭2:3-7‬)‭

Amazing Grace

#Remember #TimelessTruth #HumilityEssential
As much as we sometimes believe how great our lives have become because of outstanding achievements, never forget that God is not impressed with our performance. Lord have mercy!🙏🏾
________________
God saved you by His grace when you believed. And you can’t take credit for this; it is a gift from God. Salvation is not a reward for the good things we have done, so none of us can boast about it. For we are God’s masterpiece. He has created us anew in Christ Jesus, so we can do the good things He planned for us long ago.

Ephesians 2:8-10

Encouraging the Faithful

You are faithful disciples who may sometimes feel as if all of your time of sacrifice is being tracked by enemies who are doing everything to hinder progressive movement, keep you from pressing into the presence of the Lord and breaking through. Nevertheless, stay the course and don’t allow distractions to get you off focus. Speak life over every dry situation according to the authority of God’s word, it endures forever. Whatever God says do, obey and leave the outcome to Him. Therefore, whenever a lying spirit of accusation is trying to come against you (remember that the enemy is the accuser of the brethren), rejoice in the Lord because you are exposing satan for who he really is
( 2 Corinthians 2:11). Know that while being tracked, you are also being guarded! Here are a few reasons: Behold the angels of the Lord are a formidable great army who are ready and able to keep watch (Revelation 5:11-12).
He commands His angels concerning you to guard and even bear you up. (Psalm 91:11-12).
Angels are ahead of you to guard and bring you to the place that the Lord has prepared as you transition from darkness to light (Exodus 23:20) Are not angels ministering spirits sent to serve those who will inherit salvation (Hebrews 1:14 The Lord's throne is firmly established, give Him Praise (Psalm 103:19-22).
We are true servants of the Lord so; therefore, remember that there are more with us than those who are against us
(2 Kings 6:16).

Turning Point

Turning Point: A Time for Decisive Change
Adjusting to change is very necessary for deciding to either be crushed or propelled forward into fulfillment of your designed purpose. It's very important to pray for discernment in order to choose wisely at life’s turning point. Everything works together for good in God’s time, no matter how challenging or dark the situation. His love will intervene, make a way and bring deliverance, even if you have dishonored Him and made unwise choices that caused a messy situation. He remembers you; therefore, whenever you repent and call out to Him for mercy He will answer your prayer. Luke 23:42- The thief on the cross: cried out: “Lord, remember me when you come into Your kingdom and his request was granted.  Ezekiel 16:1-6 gives a moving account of God's mercy upon people who were bent toward unrighteousness. In God’s time, situations are turned around, bringing about a great change in your life. Come to the healing waters and get Ready for an overflow of blessings. It’s your choice to trust God’s timing, believing that in due season, through faith and patience, your change will come (Hebrews 6:12). The All the promises of God are yes and amen. To those who have endured under tremendous pressure, pressed in to worship in the presence of the Lord, persevered through turning points and chose to earnestly defend the gospel, it's your season to walk into overflowing blessings. To those who are still stuck in a desert or wilderness place, there is hope for deliverance in Christ, your redeemer. Call out to Him with sincere prayer asking for help. He will answer and give you songs of deliverance. Begin with the end in mind, stay focused during turning points along the way, discern and choose wisely an appropriate response to difficult situations. God is doing a great work in your lives (Philippians 1:6; Galatians 6:9) His love is still active in this season and promises of revival, restoration and refreshing are still valid, no matter how messy or challenging circumstances may be.  Through out time, there are many examples set forth in the word about God’s continuous intervention into the lives of people, providing opportunities for learning His will and His ways based on foundational precepts, patterns and principles. His plan delivers from danger, even when you have followed your our own ideas and made unwise decisions. His love gives hope, peace, and joy that radiates from a humble manger, a rugged cross, an empty tomb. Upon receiving clear instructions from Him, you initially move forward with confidence toward a designated place until a turning point situation occurs, requiring a decisive change. You don't choose difficult seasons; therefore, unwise decisions are made while trying to manage seasons of discomfort, fear, doubt or confusion. However, in Christ, there's redeeming value in every decision that's made; He came to heal, save and deliver all those oppressed by the devil.
Yes, I am the gate. Those who come in through Me will be saved. They will come and go freely and will find good pastures. The thief’s purpose is to steal and kill and destroy. My purpose is to give them a rich and satisfying life. (John 10:10)
God's love covers, intervenes in our mess and gives grace in abundance. The journey of faith has many turning points along the way; therefore, you have to choose a course of action, whether to obey God or your own opinion. Sometimes, whenever your pace is too fast, you have an opportunity to mind the speed bumps (pay attention) that are designed to slow you down. In order to stay aligned with your divine purpose, it's very important to seek God's guidance at the altar of prayer before moving forward.

So be careful how you live. Don’t live like fools, but like those who are wise. Make the most of every opportunity in these evil days. Don’t act thoughtlessly, but understand what the Lord wants you to do. (Ephesians 5:15-17)
