Expect the Great

To proclaim the year of the Lord's favor and the day of vengeance of our God. To comfort all who mourn and provide for those who mourn in Zion- to bestow on them a crown of beauty instead of ashes, the oil of joy instead of mourning and a garment of praise instead of a spirit of despair. They will be called oaks of righteousness, a planting of the Lord for the display of His splendor. (Isaiah 61:2,3)  Life is a journey with many stormy seasons, twists, turns along the way. It is critical to stay with the growth and developmental process one day at a time to ensure a successful outcome. Timing is everything! In God's time, if you are obedient, He restores, refreshes the years sowed in tears. Instead of shame, disgrace or enduring through difficult circumstances, you receive double honor when you wholeheartedly submit to His will.
So let's not allow ourselves to get fatigued doing good. At the right time we will harvest a good crop if we don't give up or quit. Right now, therefore, every time we get the chance, let us work for the benefit of all, starting with the people closest to us in the community of faith. (Galatians 6:9,10 MSG) #Persevere

Restoration Season

Timing is everything! In God's time, He restores, refreshes the years sowed in tears. Instead of shame, disgrace or enduring through difficult circumstances, you receive double honor when you wholeheartedly submit to His will.

Season of Restoration

Isaiah 61:6,7- ...You will be called priests of the Lord, you will be named ministers of our God. You will feed on the wealth of nations and in their riches you will boast. Instead of their shame, My people will receive a double portion, and instead of disgrace they will rejoice in their inheritance. And so they will inherit a double portion in their land, everlasting joy will be theirs.  Joel 2:25-  I will restore to you the years the grasshopper and the locust have eaten... In these dangerous times, there is a cause for God's faithful and willing servants to arise and build up broken, burned or torn down places in families, nations, ministries for His kingdom. God is concerned about His people and goes to extreme measures to restore them back to righteous standing.  No matter how far people may have wandered in a wilderness of despair, darkness, shame or disobedience when you repent, calling out to Him for help, His love looks beyond desperate situations to bring restoration and refreshing. The love of God is a gift that keeps on giving, is so amazing and His ways are incomprehensible.
Romans 11:33-12:1,2. Have you ever come on anything quite like this extravagant generosity of God, this deep, deep wisdom? It's way over our heads. We'll never figure it out. Is there anyone around who can explain God? Anyone smart enough to tell Him what to do?Anyone who has done Him such a huge favor that God had to ask his advice? Everything comes from Him; everything happens through Him; everything ends up in Him. Always glory! Always praise! Yes. Yes. Yes. So here's what I want you to do, God helping you: Take your everyday, ordinary life-your sleeping, eating, going to work, walking around life and place it before God as an offering. Embracing what God does for you is the best thing you can do for Him. Don't become so well adjusted to your culture that you fit in without even thinking. Instead, fix your attention on God. You'll be changed from the inside out. Readily recognize what He wants from you and quickly respond to it. Unlike the culture around you, always dragging you down to its level of immaturity, God brings the best out of you, develops well formed maturity in you.  Acts 3:19- Repent therefore and be converted that your sins may be blotted out, so that times of refreshing may come from the presence of the Lord.

Stay in the Race

In the wake of confronting a multiplicity of challenges, this is the not the time for faithful disciples of Christ to panic but earnestly fight the good fight of faith. So many distractions, increased warfare-Is there not a cause to pray fervently for supernatural intervention in this season? Yes, there is a cause to Arise as a carrier of the gospel of Jesus Christ throughout your sphere of influence. You may be exhausted, disappointed or discouraged due to enduring under tremendous pressures on your journey, however, be encouraged.  God is faithful to bring you into a place of restoration, refreshing in healing streams so that you can catch your breath and continue the race.
Thanks be to God who always leads us in triumph in Christ and uses us to spread the aroma of the knowledge of Him. (2 Corinthians 2:14)
(Hebrews 12: 1,2 MSG) Do you see what this means, all these pioneers who blazed the way; all these veterans cheering us on? It means we'd better get on with it. Strip down, start running and never quit! No extra spiritual fat, no parasitic sins. Keep your eyes on Jesus who both began and finished the race we're in.

There is a Cause

There is a cause for the faithful to continue walking by faith, not by sight, sharing the good news that Jesus Christ is the answer to every problem or situation. It's an old story, yet still relevant in these modern times. Halleujah Christ Lives! Because He lives we have the power to keep moving forward in victory over every oppositional force. However in order to maintain a victorious position, it is necessary to "Fight the good fight of faith, take hold of the eternal life to which you were called when you made your good confession..." 1Tim.6:12. Although we are abundantly blessed, the evil one comes to steal, kill and destroy by any means necessary. It is critical for a successful journey to: love one another; pray continually; be thankful; earnestly contend for the faith entrusted to us and ride out every stormy season. Keep trusting by faith to persevere through every trial or circumstance. Having done all to stand, keep on standing with confidence that God is able to help you overcome every obstacle. The kingdom is suffering violence, the violent take it by force. Stand your ground; Never give up! Never give in! Thanks be to God who gives us the victory in Christ. Lord have mercy. Christ have mercy! (+ MEA)

Good News: God Loves You!

The gospel is still good news for all who will hear and respond by faith in Christ Jesus. It is good news to those who were once sinking deep in sin, surrounded by darkness, feeling hopeless and alone. God's love is greater, higher than anything; it reaches from the highest mountain to the lowest valley. To the utmost, Jesus saves; He uses extreme measures to demonstrate His love for humanity. In Him and through faith in Him we may approach God with freedom and confidence. (Ephesians 3:12) This is how God showed His love for us: He sent His only Son into the world that we might live through Him. This is love; not that we loved God, but that He loved us and sent His Son as an atoning sacrifice for our sins. (1 John 4:9,10) God's love for us is so amazing!  #Love #Lifts
